today im sharing something......

assalamualaikum......hermmmm dh lame x update blog...oday keje a bit boring entah la..
nothing special today...komen2 and like fb org jek..
just want to share my diet routine lately. but sye ni bukan jenis yg makan vege sgt so a bit difficult sikit. so sye mix with fruit mcm grape,cranberri, blueberri n nenas with yogurt...every week dlm 3 to 4kali buat jus..so far after stop my antibiotik, ekzema dh x dtg lgi....release sikit stressnyer...klu x seksa.

before this one of my fren like to share with me psl diet following blood type, buka mata sye jgak...ape yg direkemen kan mkn,ape yg xpatut dimkn....klu dimkn akan jdik racun or it cause penyakit dlm badan. just tau ape jenis darah kite and amalkan makanan do's and dont's yg perlu diambil setiap hari....ok lah setakat ni almost 2 months ikut diet ni...it's say klu kita amalkan selalu pon bleh menurunkan berat badan jgak..will see that also. Memandangkan sye pon rse dh gemok giler. perot ni klu mkn terasa full sgt....
